Interview का हमारे जीवन में बहुत Importance है. हमारे दैनिक जीवन में साधारणतः Interview देने की कुछ खास जरूरत नहीं पड़ती लेकिन jobs के लिए Interview देनी पड़ती है. Interview का मतलब होता है साक्षात्कार यानि एक बैठक जिसमे किसी व्यक्ति से उसके बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए कुछ formal Interview questions पूछे जाते है. निचे कुछ Important Interview question and Answer दिए गए है जो अक्सर job interview में पूछे जाते है.
Common Interview Questions
- Tell me about Yourself / Introduce Yourself (मुझे अपने बारे में बताएं / अपना परिचय दें)
- What are your Strengths? (आपकी शक्तियां क्या है?)
- Why should I hire you? (मैं तुम्हें काम पर क्यों रखूं?)
- Why do you want to work with our company? (आप हमारी कंपनी के साथ काम क्यों करना चाहते हैं?)
- Why are you looking for a job change? (आप नौकरी में बदलाव की तलाश में क्यों हैं?)
- How much salary are you expecting (आप कितना वेतन की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं)
- One last question, do you want to ask us something? (एक आखिरी सवाल, क्या आप हमसे कुछ पूछना चाहते हैं?)
Tell me about Yourself / Introduce Yourself
आपने English में एक Phrase सुना होगा “First Impression is the last Impression” बस आपको यही करना है, आपको अपना Introduction कुछ इसी अंदाज में देना है. निचे कुछ Important Points और Example दिया गया है जिससे आपको यह Idea लग जायेगा की अपना परिचय (Self Introduction) कैसे देते है.

Example –
My name is Aman. I live in Jaipur. In addition to my parents in my family, I have two brothers and one sister. I have done graduation in Geography and MBA in HR. I have 3 years of experience in HR.
मेरा नाम अमन हे। मैं जयपुर में रहता हूँ। मेरे परिवार में मेरे माता-पिता के अलावा, मेरे दो भाई और एक बहन हैं। मैंने भूगोल में स्नातक और एचआर में एमबीए किया है। मुझे HR में 3 साल का अनुभव है।
What are your Strengths?
Job Interview में अक्सर यह question पूछे जाते है इस question का answer बताने के लिए निचे दिए गए कुछ points और example से idea ले सकते है.

जब भी किसी Interview में आपसे ऐसा question पूछा जाये तो आपको job से related अपना knowledge और अनुभव को बताना है इसके साथ आपको यह भी बताना है की आप उस job को लेकर कितने serious हो और उस company के लिए आप क्या योगदान दे सकते हो और क्यों आप उस job लिए perfect हो.

Example –

सर, जैसा कि मैं एक फ्रेशर हूं, मुझे सैद्धांतिक ज्ञान है। लेकिन मैं अपने संगठन के लिए कड़ी मेहनत कर सकता हूं और मैं ईमानदारी से अपने संगठन की अच्छी प्रगति के लिए अपने सारे प्रयास करूंगा। मैं समय पर दिए गए काम को समय पर पूरा कर सकता हूं और मुझसे कंपनी की सभी जरूरतों को पूरा करने का प्रयास कर सकता हूं।

How much salary are you expecting
Salary is not the first priority for me. This is a great platform to start my career and I want to improve my knowledge and skills and gain experience, so I expect salary to the best of my ability which meets my financial needs.
